Adam Siebers - violin II
Adam Siebers was born on 15 January 1992 in Toruń. He began his violin education at the age of 7 in the Comprehensive Music School in Toruń, in the class of Jefim Stinerman MA. Between 2003-2016 he studied under Prof. M. Baranowski, from 2007 at the H. Wieniawski General Secondary Music School in Poznan and then at the Poznan Academy of Music from which he graduated with honours.
He also perfected his skills at many music courses taught by Wadim Brodsky, Ida Haendel, Bartłomiej Nizioł, members of the Artemis Quartet and the Quirroga Quartet, among others. In 2016 he graduated from the 4th edition of the Sinfonia Varsovia Academy. He has been awarded top laurels at many national and international music competitions.
As a soloist, chamber musician and member of orchestras he has performed in many prestigious halls in Poland and around the world with musicians such as Marek Janowski, Alexander Slatkovsky, Leonard Slatkin, Leopold Hager, Alexander Vedernikov, Aziz Shokhakimov Andrzej Boreyko, Krzysztof Penderecki and many others.
He is a multiple scholarship holder of the Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, the Prime Minister, the Mayor of the City of Toruń, the City of Poznań, the Rector of the Academy of Music in Poznań, the "Steed" Foundation and the National Fund for Children.
Since 2017 he is the 2nd concertmaster of the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra and since 2020 he is also a lecturer at the Sinfonia Varsovia Academy.
